WHAT: A new food truck is coming to Southern Indiana and will be parked behind Match Cigar Bar. Customers will be able to access No Fork In Way through Match. They will serve southern-style barbecue, hardwood grilled steaks, seafood and more.
WHO: Founder and Owner of No Fork In Way, Rob Comings and Owners of Match Cigar Bar, Jeff & Sara Mouttet, will partner to bring top of the line cigars and bourbon to guests with a new foodie element.

About No Fork In Way
No Fork In Way is a new business venture that will serve southern-style BBQ cooked on a custom rotisserie smoker, hardwood grilled steaks, chops and seafood. Concentrating on sourcing local products and made from scratch cooking, No Fork In Way will bring delicious, authentic southern food to the Louisville and Southern Indiana area.
Rob Comings is a native of Southern California, where he gained early cooking experience before moving to Louisville in 2000 to achieve a culinary degree from Sullivan University. He previously worked at the Seelbach Hilton with Jim Gerhardt, Mike Cuhna and Matt Durham and later and was the executive chef of Kitty O’kirwarns in the St. Matthew’s area. Comings found his passion for smoking meats when he moved to Australia and noticed the absence of real barbecue. He honed his skills while wakeboarding on the weekends, but building the #1 Mexican Restaurant in Sydney, Australia, Baja Cantina. After the birth of his two boys, Comings and his wife decided to bring their family, and his talents back to Louisville, Kentucky.
